Shiping
In most cases we post via Australia Post; we also use Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please and TNT.
Safe box is small items are sent standard postage in padded envelopes.
Parcels are sent using Australia Post or with couriers which has online tracking.
Oversize and/or heavy items, such as safes, are sent with couriers which requires signature on delivery. We will need a street address and contact phone number.
To avoid a trip to the Post Office or courier depot, please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you are not home to receive your delivery, a calling card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office or courier depot where you can collect it, or in the case of couriers you can call them to arrange redelivery.
Delivery times may take longer to country/rural areas.
